Consumer shopping habits are changing because of social media growth and outbreak. The trend of e-commerce now is using social media platforms to promote and sell products and services. The global social media has created e-commerce functions on its platform, such as Facebook Marketplace、Facebook Live、Instagram shopping. With more e-commerce functions on social media, selling strategy has been deconstructed. How consumers become loyal fans is important for business owners. With compelling social commerce strategy, business owners could react with consumer immediately and increase customer loyalty. Taiwan’s e-commerce model was developed following the diversified competition and training of Taiwan’s e-commerce market, and thereby enable Taiwan’s e-commerce companies to spring up rapidly.
